We are a small owner operated handmade boutique business and therefore most of our products are made to order. In some circumstances please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be completed. We will do our best to make sure you get your order as quickly as possible and do our very best to complete orders well before the scheduled time frame although during the busy seasons (Christmas) our 7 day policy applies.  If your order is urgent, please contact us prior to ordering to discuss our options.

Our products are either sent via Australia Post or via courier, depending on your location. All orders are sent in either boxes, satchels or padded bags using plenty of packaging to ensure your order arrives safely.

Melanie Jane's Way accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package once it has been shipped.

We are based in South East Queensland and all orders will be shipped from our address here.  Please allow up to 10 days for delivery.  If you need your item sooner - please contact us PRIOR to ordering.

We currently only ship our products within Australia & NZ.

Don't forget, if you are local to Brisbane area and would prefer to collect your items.  Please use the select the local pick up option at the checkout

Your privacy is important to us. All information collected is only used for the purpose of processing your order.  We will never give out or sell any of your information to a third party, or record any transaction details. 

Melanie Jane's Way does not accept exchanges if you change your mind. We will happily replace your items if they are damaged or defective. Please contact us via email in relation to any postage / damaged item issues.
