Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Melanie Jane's Way
Any cancelled orders will incur a 20% cancellation fee. This includes any orders that are placed that require shipping where shipping has not been paid.
What items can be returned?
Melanie Jane's Way offer a full refund, given that the item you received is faulty/damaged. We DO NOT refund change of mind purchases. If your parcel arrives damaged, please send us photographic evidence within 24 hours of the item being received. You will have a choice of having the damaged items replaced or credited to your account with us.
Once we receive your photographic evidence, the staff at Melanie Jane's Way will then asses whether we need to have the item returned to us, or whether we will ask you to discard the item and issue a refund to the account in which you originally paid.
Any return enquiries must be received within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once inspected, if your item is deemed to be faulty, the shipping cost you incurred returning the item to us will be included in the refund price.
